Private wine country chauffeur service ranges from $125 to $175 per hour, billed at a six-hour minimum on weekends. Pricing varies by vehicle (sedan, Escalade, or Sprinter), day of week, season, and itinerary. Tasting fees, lunch, dinner, and gratuity are arranged directly between you and the venue and are not included. We provide a written quote within an hour of inquiry.

SFO is approximately 50 miles south of downtown Napa. Drive time is 60 to 90 minutes depending on Bay Area traffic; we monitor flight status and adjust pickup automatically. The standard route is US-101 north to CA-37 east to CA-29 north into the valley.

We provide private chauffeur transfers to and from all major regional airports: San Francisco International (SFO), Oakland International (OAK), Norman Y. Mineta San José International (SJC), Sacramento International (SMF), Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County (STS), Napa County (APC, including FBO arrivals), and Buchanan Field (CCR). For private aviation we coordinate with Signature Flight Support, Atlantic Aviation, Million Air, and Jet Aviation.

Yes. Napa Black Car Service maintains a corporate program for executive transfers, multi-stop roadshows, board offsites, conference shuttles, and group event logistics — including major events like BottleRock, Dreamforce, the JPM Healthcare Conference, the Toyota/Save Mart 350 at Sonoma Raceway, and the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Each account is assigned a dedicated coordinator, with centralized billing, ride history, and quarterly reporting.

Our private fleet includes the Mercedes-Benz S-Class sedan (1–3 passengers), the Mercedes-Benz Metris VIP van in two-passenger configuration with red-leather captain's chair, the late-model Cadillac Escalade ESV (1–6 passengers), the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Executive with diamond-stitched captain's chairs and 4K conference screens (1–7), the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Shuttle for groups (1–14), and the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Limousine in party configuration with LED star ceiling and illuminated bar (1–14). All vehicles are late-model, black-on-black, and meticulously detailed before every reservation.

Gratuity is not included in published hourly or transfer rates. A 20% chauffeur gratuity is customary in luxury ground transportation and may be added to your invoice on request, or extended directly to the chauffeur at the end of service.

For weekends in October Crush and during graduation, harvest, and holiday weekends, we recommend booking two to three weeks in advance. Weekday and shoulder-season reservations are typically available within 24 to 72 hours. Last-minute requests are accommodated when possible — call us directly.

You decide the wineries. We transport you to them. Napa Black Car Service does not make tasting reservations on your behalf — guests book their own appointments at the estates they wish to visit, including Opus One, Stag's Leap Wine Cellars, Domaine Carneros, Castello di Amorosa, Inglenook, Joseph Phelps, Caymus, Silver Oak, Chateau Montelena, Schramsberg, Far Niente, Quintessa, Frog's Leap, Cakebread Cellars, and Hall Wines, among others. On request we are glad to suggest itineraries, pairings, and timing based on years of experience in the valley; when your reservations are confirmed in writing in advance, we steward the day from door to door.
