We use information solely to provide chauffeur service, communicate about your reservation, process payment, monitor service quality, and comply with applicable transportation regulations.
03 · How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with our chauffeurs and dispatchers (to complete your service), our payment processor (to charge you), and government authorities when required by law.
04 · Payment processing
Card payments are processed by PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; tokenized references are retained for billing reconciliation.
05 · Cookies & analytics
Our website uses cookies and aggregate analytics to understand how visitors use the site. You may disable cookies in your browser; some site features may be affected.
06 · Data retention
Reservation and billing records are retained for the period required by California transportation and tax law. Marketing email subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.
07 · California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information held by us by writing to reservations@globalluxuryride.com. We will respond within forty-five days.
08 · Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, and restrict access to client information to staff members who require it to perform their roles.
