01 · Reservations

Reservations are confirmed when you receive written confirmation from our dispatch. A vehicle is held for you only after confirmation. Verbal estimates are not binding until confirmed.

02 · Rates & billing

Hourly chauffeur service is billed from the staging time to final dropoff. Wine country chauffeur service has a six-hour minimum on weekends. Tasting fees and gratuity are not included.

03 · Cancellation

Cancellations more than seventy-two hours before pickup incur no charge. Inside seventy-two hours, fifty percent of the reservation total may be retained; inside twenty-four hours, the full reservation total may be retained. Weddings and multi-day events follow individually negotiated terms.

04 · No-show & wait time

Thirty minutes of complimentary wait time applies to domestic airport arrivals; sixty minutes to international arrivals. Standard pickups include ten minutes of wait time. Additional wait time is billed at the hourly rate prorated to fifteen-minute increments.

05 · Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in published rates. A twenty-percent chauffeur gratuity is customary in luxury ground transportation and may be added to your invoice on request or extended directly to the chauffeur at the end of service.

06 · Passenger conduct & damages

Passengers agree to behave responsibly. Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles. Damages — including but not limited to soiling charges, broken trim, or staining — are billed at cost plus a reasonable detailing fee.

07 · Capacity

Our vehicles are licensed to carry their stated capacity. We will not exceed legal seating limits. Child seats are available on request.

08 · Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by acts of God, fires, road closures, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will provide best-effort substitution wherever possible.

09 · Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the reservation. We are not liable for personal items left in the vehicle. Found items are held for thirty days; please contact dispatch to arrange return.

10 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the state and federal courts of Napa County, California.
