Plan your day —
we'll drive it.
You choose the wineries. You book the tastings, the lunch, the dinner. We provide the private chauffeur, the late-model fleet, and — if you'd like — our suggestions for how to shape the day.
You plan the day.
We drive it.
Napa Black Car Service is a private chauffeur service — not a tour operator. You choose the wineries you wish to visit and make your own tasting reservations directly with each estate. You select the restaurant for lunch and, if you wish, dinner, and you book those reservations too.
Once your day is set in writing, we provide the vehicle, the chauffeur, and the discipline to keep your timing on the minute — from pickup to the last drop-off.
Six-hour minimum on weekends. Vehicle, day of week, season, and itinerary determine final rate. Tasting fees, lunch, dinner, and gratuity are arranged directly with each venue and are not included.
From idea to ignition.
A simple, transparent process so everyone arrives at the day with the same plan.
Plan your itinerary
Choose your wineries, your lunch venue, and — if you wish — your dinner. Make your tasting reservations directly with each estate and confirm your restaurant bookings. Need ideas? Call us; we are happy to suggest sequences, timing, and pairings drawn from years on the valley floor.
Send us the plan
Share your confirmed reservations and preferred pickup time with us in writing. We will return a written quote, your assigned vehicle, and a minute-by-minute itinerary for your chauffeur within the hour.
Step in. We handle the rest.
Door-to-door pickup, calm pacing between estates, water and chargers in the vehicle, and a chauffeur who knows the back gate of Stag's Leap and the rhythm of CA-29 in October. Your only job is to enjoy the day.
A starting point,
if you'd like one.
If you'd like our recommendations before you book, just ask. Below is one example of a balanced day in the valley — not a reservation, simply a sketch you are welcome to adapt and book yourself.
All reservations at the wineries and restaurants below would be made by you, directly with each venue.

Michelin-recognized
tables we steward.
We do not book your reservations — you arrange them directly. But once your day is planned, no one knows the kitchen entrances, the valet protocols, and the timing better than us.
Your chauffeur,
everything around it.
- Private chauffeur in tailored black suit and white gloves, with valley-floor knowledge of timing, traffic, and rear-entrance protocols.
- Late-model fleet — Mercedes-Benz S-Class sedan (1–3), Cadillac Escalade ESV (1–6), Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van (1–14).
- Door-to-door pickup from your residence, hotel, villa, or wedding venue — and the same in reverse at the end of the evening.
- Itinerary stewardship. Once your wineries and restaurants are booked, we keep the day on time and at pace, with calm transitions between stops.
- Bottled still and sparkling water, phone chargers, blankets, and umbrellas in every vehicle.
- Suggestions on request. Decades of experience across Napa and Sonoma. Ask and we will share what works — you make the bookings.
Napa Black Car Service does not make winery tasting reservations, restaurant reservations, or event tickets on your behalf. Guests are responsible for booking their own tastings, lunches, and dinners directly with each venue, and for sharing those confirmations with us in advance of the trip.
By the third estate the chauffeur had memorized our preferred pour and was holding the umbrella before I'd even reached for the door.
